All patients over 25 years of age are candidate for hair transplantation surgery unless the donor area of their hair at the back of head will not be enough for surgery or will have background diseases such as pulling hair nervously or complete alopecia of head that will prevent this permission from the doctor.

2- Will the hair loss be treated by medicine treatment or herbal medicines?

The only way for definite treatment of hair loss is surgery. The medicine treatments are temporary and make the period of hair loss long but never result the prevention of permanent hair loss.

3- Will my friends become aware from my surgery after the surgery?

Within 10 days nobody will become aware from your surgery.

4- Shall I have to rest at home after surgery?

Immediately after surgery you can return to your work and will not need to rest at home.

5- Will my head be dressed after surgery?

No.

6- Will the surgery have important side effect for me?

The surgery has no important side effect. The only side effect is 48 hours swelling at the side of forehead and face and a little numbness at the back of the head for one to five months.

7- Will I feel pain during the surgery?

There will be no pain even at the time of local anesthesia.

8- Will you make me anesthetized?

No. The surgery will be done as local anesthesia and during the surgery you can watch TV or listen to the music or study.

9- When will my hair grow after the surgery?

Three to four months after transplantation, the follicles of transplanted hair will begin to grow.

10- In case the donor area of hair at the back of my head will not be enough what I should do?

In case you will not be a candidate of surgery you will be a candidate of hair restoration without surgery.

11- If you take the hair from donor area of my head, will the place be left empty or the hair will grow?

Immediately after the surgery, even the smartest eyes will not realize the surgery and the hair will regrow completely incision line would be hidden.

12- For example, in case I would need three sessions, how much should be the minimum interval between the sessions?

Six months.

13- Will I have a normal appearance with surgery or non-surgery methods?

Your appearance will be very natural and the smartest eyes will not realize your surgery.

14- Will the transplanted hairs be lost after growing?

The transplanted hair will not be lost after growing and will remain up to the end of your life.

15- By taking into account that I am a woman, will my hair become short at the time of surgery?

No, your hair will not be treamed and nobody will realize the surgery on your head immediately after surgery.

16- Will I have to use medicine for a long time after surgery?

No. With the exception of rare cases, after 10 days you will not have to use any medicine.

17- In case I pull off my hair nervously and I have become bald now, may I be a candidate of surgery?

At first you should be treated by a psychiatrist and after treatment you can take measures for the treatment of your baldness.

18- After one period of chemotherapy and radiotherapy I have faced hair loss. When should I refer for surgery?

You have to refer at least one year after the discontinuation of your treatment and the growth of your previous hairs for the probable treatment of your baldness.

19- In case I have faced baldness geneogenously or due to nerves diseases and there is no hair on my head, may I refer for surgery?

You are never a candidate of surgery.
